Apple Hill's original cookbook. First published in 1967, this book is now in its 20th edition. This book is exclusively desserts from the kitchens of Apple Hill Growers. The book contains 48 pages of desserts all using apples. It contains the most requested recipes.

Volume II   -  $8.50
Volume II, published in 1985 shows the versatility of cooking with apples and pears. On its 101 pages the reader will not only learn apple facts but explore the use of apples and pears in a variety of recipes such as: appetizers, beverages, breads, jams, salads and a large selection of desserts.

Volume III   -  $8.95
Apple Hill's newest cookbook, Family Farm Favorites, is a tour of Apple Hill's scenic ranches and each farm's favorite recipes. Along with grower recipes, tested recipes from friends of Apple Hill are included. Apple Cinnamon Rolls from Larsen's Apple Barn, Dutch Apple Custard Pie from Kid's Inc. and Hard Cider Marinade from Barsotti Ranch are just a few of the over 140 recipes found in this book.
